Our Duties:
- Cost 1 months rent.
- Provide quality photographs.
- Provide comparable rental properties.
- 1 on 1 showing of the property to potential clients thus we get to meet personally your potential tenants and walk through the house during vacant times to check on its condition.
- Market the property on leading rental advertising materials.
- Screen tenants. Check criminal, civil and credit reports.
- Provide local board certified lease and addendum documents.
- Walk through before tenant moves in to document condition of property

Includes:
- Rent collection and distribution of funds.
- Monthly statement preparation.
- Visual walk through of property to check on any maintenance items.
- Manage normal maintenance requests from tenants. Should work cost more than a pre-determined amount authorization from owner will be needed.
- Eviction and collection management if needed (additional expense).
- Manage move out and make ready of property.
